Project description

 

The Global Social Media &Content Coordinator will be responsible for the execution of the global digital strategy. The role will contribute to driving anticipation and excitement for product launches and brand activity across all digital and social channels. The Global Social Media &Content
Coordinator will collaborate with a number of teams including PR, Marketing, Business Development and Brand Image to ensure that all teams communication needs are met and to help to drive increased engagement, traffic and sales to transformify.org



Social Media
 

  • Update calendar and collaborate in planning across all social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest;
  • Execute daily initiatives across all Transformify social platforms;
  • Create guidelines for regional support;
  • Remain ahead of social trends to explore new social media opportunities;
  • Support in creating coverage of brand events;
  • Develop strategies to increase engagement and community growth;
  • Use social listening and analytics tools to measure impact and effectiveness of campaigns;
  • Manage bespoke asset creation for all regions

 

Digital Branding
 

  • Support (in collaboration with Brand Image) creation of exclusive digital assets;
  • Collate editorial calendar including animation of key initiatives;
  • Manage build and publication of brand content in Transformify Blog/ What's Hot;
  • Ensure brand sections of the website are kept up to date including news, celebrity and store listing pages;
  • Brief and collate assets from all sources for online publication;
  • Liaise with contributors to ensure content is on brand and on deadline

 

 

Business Support
 

  • Create weekly and adhoc reporting across all digital channels for circulation;
  • Coordinate the development and execution of database driving activities;
  • Support creative team in creating assets for use across website;
  • Become point of contact for top tier affiliates to support affiliate and editorial initiatives;
  • Assist global teams in brand website updates;

 

Digital Advertising
 

  • Support Digital Manager in execution of digital media;
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance;
  • Collate competitor activity;

 

Online PR
 

  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with digital influencers
  • Research and stay up to date on new content sources (blogger, vlogger, influencers)
  • Execute communications plan for digital outreach
