Transformify unveiled #GoRemote campaign engaging students around the globe with social good. By offering remote jobs to people in 90 countries on 4 continents, Transformify has good insights of job markets in various countries worldwide and their access to education. #GoRemote aims to help young people around the world establish their personal brand, enhance their skills via e – learning, and get noticed by top employers.
#GoRemote will invite and inspire the students to capture the stories of people whose lives may change for good if they have access to remote work and share them in scripts and videos. The actors in these short videos and scripts will be people of diverse backgrounds and their experiences transformed into fascinating stories.
Lilia Stoyanov, CEO of Transformify:
Thousands of young people around the world can’t afford further studies to enhance their skills, build their personal brand, and attract the attention of the companies they would like to work for.
On the other hand, the business faces shortages of skilled workforce. The skills gap is widening and it doesn’t appear to be going away anytime soon. The talent is not located where the business is, people commute for hours to the office and back, relocate or immigrate. The infrastructure in the big cities can’t handle more and more people arriving daily. And it is not only the big cities that struggle – it is really hard to revitalize the rural areas and the local economies without any skilled workforce left there. It is not easy for the women in many societies to integrate into the workforce as they are expected to both respect the traditions and culture and support their families. The situation is hard for the people with disabilities or those on the Autism Spectrum.
#GoRemote connects the young people with top employers, provides an unique selection of talented interns to the business, and sheds light on the skills gap based on the data provided by the participants. ‘’
#GoRemote will run on Transformify website starting on November, 17th till December, 20th.
