ForEveryone is a Berlin-based social enterprise strengthening social participation, democracy and wellbeing in urban spaces. We run Community Café No. 52 at Boxhagener Platz, host creative workshops for international Berlin residents, and deliver European projects with partner organisations across several countries.

Your role

This role is mainly about writing funding applications. Grant writing is the core of the job, not something you'll grow into on the side — we need someone who already has real, professional-level experience researching funding programmes and writing competitive proposals.

  1. Research funding programmes and write funding proposals for our European projects — this is your main focus and where most of your time goes
  2. During quieter periods between application deadlines, help run our existing EU projects: stay in contact with partner organisations, keep track of timelines, tasks and budgets, and prepare reports for funders
  3. Plan your own schedule so that active writing/application phases don't clash with project-management tasks that need your attention at the same time


Requirement

  1. You must be eligible for funding under the Eingliederungszuschuss (EGZ) programme. Please only apply if this applies to you — we won't be able to consider applications that don't meet this criterion.


What we're looking for

  1. Real, demonstrable experience writing funding proposals (EU or comparable public funding) — this is a must-have for this role, not a nice-to-have
  2. Hands-on experience working with Claude Code, Claude Cowork and Claude Agents — you'll use these to run project-management work (reporting, timeline tracking, partner communication) quickly and efficiently, so PM tasks don't eat into your writing time
  3. A structured, reliable way of working, and the ability to plan your own time across writing and project-management phases
  4. Clear communication, even when things get busy

Worum es in dieser Rolle geht Wir suchen eine Person, die unser gesamtes Angebot an Aktivitäten überblickt, weiterentwickelt und vor Ort begleitet – von Workshops über Events in unserem Community Café am Boxhagener Platz (Jam Sessions, Music Nights, Ausstellungen und mehr). Das klare Ziel: aus einzelnen Angeboten wiederkehrende kleine Communities mit eigener Mitgliedschaft aufzubauen. Statt Angebote, die man immer wieder neu bewerben und füllen muss, wollen wir Formate, zu denen Menschen regelmäßig wiederkommen: ein Strick-Club, ein Sport-Format, kreative Kombinationen, eine wiederkehrende Music Night. Du treibst das voran: Du erkennst, was die Community sich wünscht, entwickelst passende Formate, testest sie, leitest sie selbst, gewinnst und begleitest Ehrenamtliche, die mit anpacken, und sorgst dafür, dass gute Formate wirklich stattfinden und wachsen.


Deine Aufgaben

  1. Das Angebot überblicken und begleiten. Du behältst alle laufenden Aktivitäten im Blick – Workshops wie Café-Events – bist regelmäßig vor Ort präsent und stellst sicher, dass alles rund läuft, auch die operative Seite im Buchungstool (Absagen, Rückerstattungen, korrekte Angaben) – ein kleiner, aber wichtiger Teil der Woche.
  2. Formate und Events entwickeln und testen. Du erkennst, welche Aktivitäten die Community sich wünscht, identifizierst neue Workshop-, Event- und Mini-Formate, recherchierst Trends und saisonale Nachfrage (was bieten andere an, was passt in ein Sommerloch?), und testest ehrlich, welche Formate genug Anklang finden, um zu tragen, und welche nicht.
  3. Mini-Communities mit Mitgliedschaft aufbauen. Du entwickelst Formate mit dem Zielbild wiederkehrender Communities, zu denen Menschen als Mitglieder gehören, und bringst sie von der ersten Idee bis zum etablierten, wiederkehrenden Angebot.
  4. Aktivitäten leiten und Ehrenamtliche befähigen. Du leitest Workshops und Events regelmäßig selbst in guter Qualität – wöchentlich, teils mit Unterstützung von Ehrenamtlichen. Du gewinnst Ehrenamtliche (auch aus dem Kreis der Teilnehmenden), arbeitest sie ein, gibst ihnen direktes Feedback und begleitest sie, bis sie tragen.
  5. Formate durch ihre Phasen führen. Bei neuen Formaten: experimentieren und aus Feedback lernen. Bei etablierten Formaten: Prozesse sauber aufsetzen, mit Blick auf Verlässlichkeit und Skalierung.


Das bringst du mit

What this role is about We are looking for someone to oversee, develop and be present across our whole range of activities – from workshops to events at our community café at Boxhagener Platz (jam sessions, music nights, exhibitions and more). The clear goal: turning individual activities into recurring small communities with their own memberships. Instead of activities we have to market and fill again every time, we want formats people come back to regularly – a knitting club, a sports format, creative combinations, a recurring music night. You drive this: you sense what the community wants, develop formats to match, test them, run them yourself, recruit and support the volunteers who help carry them, and make sure the good ones actually happen and grow.


What you'll do

  1. Oversee and support the offering. You keep an eye on all running activities – workshops and café events alike – are regularly present on site, and make sure everything runs smoothly, including the operational side in our booking tool (cancellations, refunds, correct details) – a small but important part of the week.
  2. Develop and test formats and events. You sense what activities the community wants, identify new workshop, event and mini-formats, research trends and seasonal demand (what are others offering, what works in a summer lull?), and honestly test which formats land well enough to sustain, and which don't.
  3. Build mini-communities with memberships. You develop formats with recurring communities in mind – ones people belong to as members – and take them from first idea to an established, recurring offering.
  4. Run activities and enable volunteers. You run workshops and events yourself on a regular basis, at a good standard – weekly, sometimes with support from volunteers. You recruit volunteers (including from among participants), onboard them, give them direct feedback, and support them until they can carry a format.
  5. Guide formats through their phases. For new formats: experiment and learn from feedback. For established ones: set up clean processes, with reliability and scaling in mind.


What you bring

  1. Experience running workshops, events, groups or community formats, at a quality others can build on.
  2. A feel for people and communities, and enjoyment in recruiting and supporting volunteers.
  3. Conceptual strength: you can develop formats, test them, and judge honestly what works.
  4. Self-direction and ownership – you drive your area like a genuine project lead.
  5. Fixed on-site times: at least 3–4 evenings per week (around 2–3 hours each, within the 5–10 pm window) plus 1 day at the weekend (Saturday or Sunday, daytime or evening). These are your core working hours. The rest of your time you can arrange flexibly from the office. This on-site presence comes with a lot of creative freedom, but it is also a clear expectation.
  6. Comfortable with digital tools; German and English are a strong plus for our multilingual community.

Role Overview


We are looking for an experienced Account Executive (AE) to join our commercial team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of sales experience within a recruitment agency, HR software, or fintech company, ideally with a direct competitor or a fintech partner of TFY.


This role is critical to driving pipeline growth by identifying, qualifying, and converting opportunities with HR decision-makers, particularly HR Directors and senior HR stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  9. Demonstrated experience managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
  10. Hands-on experience with sales CRMs, such as HubSpot or Salesforce (mandatory)
  11. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Role Overview


We are looking for an experienced Account Executive (AE) to join our commercial team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of sales experience within a recruitment agency, HR software, or fintech company, ideally with a direct competitor or a fintech partner of TFY.


This role is critical to driving pipeline growth by identifying, qualifying, and converting opportunities with HR decision-makers, particularly HR Directors and senior HR stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities


  1. Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients within mid-market and enterprise segments
  2. Sell TFY solutions to HR Directors, Heads of HR, People & Talent leaders, and related stakeholders
  3. Demonstrate a strong understanding of HR terminology, workforce management, and contractor of record models
  4. Navigate conversations around hiring seasonality, workforce scalability, and managing external workforce and independent contractors
  5. Own the end-to-end sales process, from deal origination and qualification through to deal closure
