Our North American team is seeking a talented, self-directed marketing manager to lead our marketing strategy within the United States, reporting directly to Head of Growth. Our team focuses on US market Business Development, promoting self-service SaaS marketing platform for DTC and eCommerce brands. Working backwards from the customer, you will partner with core team members and stakeholders to develop and build scaled marketing programs to accelerate Insense adoption within the segment. As part of this role, you will gather market and customer insights and use these insights to develop and execute a marketing strategy. You will prioritize areas of focus and resources to achieve maximum impact, build multi-channel marketing plans, and use a data driven approach to decision making.
We are looking for a full cycle Sales Rep to build our sales playbook. This is a fast-paced, high-execution and strategic role that requires excellent business acumen, strategic sales processes, creativity, and technical aptitude to grow the Insense customer base, including across small and medium-sized businesses, particularly in e-commerce, D2C, and mobile apps. You'll leverage your track record of success in SaaS sales and intense focus to acquire customers that will benefit from Insense. You aren’t afraid to be scrappy, bring a get-it-done attitude to work, and also appreciate how operational excellence drives and enables scale.
You must have the ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who wants to grow as into a sales superstar. The best candidate for this role is someone who is passionate about closing deals and growing revenue daily, with a customer-oriented mindset, a high level of communication skills, and a great desire to grow the sales department from its startup phase.

Role: Content Marketing Manager

Mission: Develop and execute Content & SEO strategies in order to grow and scale the business.
Main performance number: Top of the funnel traffic conversion
Second performance number: Discovery, relevance and authority of the website based on analytics
Third performance number: Budget spendings
Develop: Build and execute the Content Strategy by providing practical knowledge to enhance our lead generation process and add value to the customers.
Optimisation: Create and optimize website content to capture organic search traffic.
Copywriting: Edit, proofread and ensure that SEO best practices are applied to all content. Apply keyword research and recommendations to content strategies & development.
SEO: Create a link building machine to enhance authority and domain rating of our website.
Leadership: Manage a team of freelancers including copywriters, SEO and SMM professionals.
Reporting: Build comprehensive reports in Google Analytics to develop content strategy based on data.
Teamwork: Partner with the Product Marketing Team to continually improve site conversion by optimising content and offering strategy ideas.
Leadership: Build and lead thoughtful leadership articles creation via interviewing Insense leadership team and customers.
Research: Conduct market research via external analysts or research companies to create industry standard materials (i.e. Creator Marketing Playbook).
