We are looking for an experienced Strategy Manager who will work directly with C-suite level executives. Your role will require you to: Be a trusted advisor to business leaders Identify areas of growth and attainable opportunities for the organization Identify solutions to organizational challenges Ensure operations across all functions are optimal Provide hands-on support for the Sales & Marketing team Develop innovative pricing strategies Your Role and Responsibilities Work with senior leadership to define the companys strategy and ensure implementation Work with senior management on annual planning initiatives Collaborate on the design, development, maintenance, and delivery/presentation of forecasting models, metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to drive key business decisions Lead initiatives across the Operations group and be an active participant in this team Lead the development and provision of routine and ad-hoc analytic reports to senior management regarding Business Development initiatives, customer segment performance, performance against goals, etc. Ensure reports contribute to business insight and decision-making, and minimize overall report burden. Lead the modelling and development of recommendations for opportunity sizing, allocations, and alignments. Identify growth opportunities for the organization through research Train and develop staff (direct reports), and influence cross-functional internal partners to create and execute effective research, analysis, and strategy Develop and implement new processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness of research, measurement, and strategy for teams Work with all departments to develop integrated solutions Actively participate in client presentations Lead research initiatives Seek new opportunities to add value to existing clients Support identifying and nurturing new business opportunities Our Ideal Candidate shall have: 5 + years of experience in strategy roles Experience in research, corporate strategy, business analysis & project management Experience in solving organizational problems and working across functions Excellent communication and presentation skills Comfortable with ambiguity and change Efficient at prioritizing activities Great interpersonal skills Expert in using Microsoft office and other relevant professional software MBA from a tier-1 business school preferred
