The Candidate has to use computerized data systems and data entry computers to record accounts receivable and billings. He will manage confidentiality, as he will be operating with delicate information. He will also do filing, copying, and scanning as required.

Responsibilities and Duties

Proven data entry work experience, as a Data entry operator or Office clerk
Experience with MS Office and data programs
Familiarity with administrative duties.
Working knowledge of Computer and ability to work in MS Office packages (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
Typing speed and accuracy
Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
Attention to detail Confidentiality
Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
High school diploma; additional computer training or certification will be an asset
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits
Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking the output
Enter and updates data daily
Use various databases to store and manage data
Ensure that entries are correct and complete
Compile and organizes customer data
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Respond to internal requests for access to protected files.
