We are looking for a highly-motivated and hard working General Office and Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate have strong computer and analytical skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, this may be the right opportunity for you!

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Responsible for organising and maintaining records systems
- Assist in answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Answering the telephone and handle client inquiries
- Retrieve all records and requisitions as needed
- Record keeping and filing of all paperwork
- Prepare and file documents for scanning
- Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and Attributes:

- High attention to detail
- Great customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- At least 1+ years experience in an similar role
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Fully competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
