Work with company Management to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees. Responsible for keeping administrative and HR records and monitor employee progress. Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees. Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees Regularly in touch with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties. Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc). Responsible for giving administrative support to more senior staff in the HR department.
