Description

Reporting to the F&B Director, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of the F&B marketing strategies and campaigns in the Middle-East and India zone, best client experience and service in a wholesale and retail network. You will also adapt your strategy to the business needs of each country while safeguarding the luxury brand image and values.

Your main responsibilities are:

Adapt the International Marketing Strategy and Plan to the local needs :

Develop, manage and implement the marketing strategy and campaigns for each country within the zone in collaboration with the F&B Commercial Department, the Training Department and Local Partners
Define and implement POS activations with every retailer at every touch point, ensuring a perfect customer journey
Give regular feedback to the Europe Marketing & POS Department in Paris on particular requirements for our local countries and coordinate development of the different activities with the Europe Marketing department
Propose relevant new ideas in order to enhance the brand difference
Animate the marketing local communities (brand managers and their teams) in order to keep them aligned, motivated and capable to dare

Develop and manage operational marketing activities within the zone :

Elaborate a POS activity calendar and a client events plan based on the marketing plan and promotion budget
Develop the CRM program in the zone, monitor and measure Brand loyalty
Enhance Visual Merchandising plan and support Architecture team on every POS conception and implementation with a client-oriented vision
Support retail teams on every marketing aspects: from VM to boutiques animations, events and CRM
Ensure POS excellence and perfect brand expression

Optimize market information :

Measure our investments in campaigns, animation and events to improve our marketing investment strategy
Work closely with the Operations Department on the forecasts of every new launches
Monitor the activities of competitors (market share, launches, new products…)

Manage and develop a Marketing Team (5 people)

Develop, motivate, challenge your teams always with a client-centric approach



Profile :


You have a post graduated degree (Business School, University degree) and an experience of 8 years minimum as Marketing Head preferably in F&B or any other luxury brands, with significant management responsibility. You have a strong understanding of the Middle-East market, a good sense of luxury and you are customer oriented. A retail experience will be an advantage. Your excellent interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills along with a strong strategic and analytic approach will be a real asset to succeed In this position.

English is a must, Arabic and/or French would be an advantage.

Position based in Dubai – travelling required (50% of the time to be spent with local teams on the field)
