At Splash M, content forms the lifeblood of our marketing activities. As the lead copywriter, you will be responsible for creating engaging content for our B2C and B2B audience in the USA market. As an edtech firm, our content is geared primarily towards school teachers and the parents of young kids in USA. You are a great fit for this role if you can develop creative concepts and craft compelling stories and messages for our brand and a variety of communications platforms. You should have a portfolio of professional work that demonstrates success working across diverse communications vehicles and creating messages based on input from multiple stakeholders. This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines. Responsibilities - - Take ownership for the brand voice across B2B and B2C segments. Create creative communications strategies based on an array of public occasions and industry events, and transform those strategies into copy for all marketing vehicles - Write engaging content with a focus on digital ads, emails, company website, client presentations, and video scripts. Collaborate with the marketing, creative, product and sales teams to get inputs - Intimately understand the cultural and economic aspects of the US market - especially the schooling system and the parents of young kids. Use the marketing hooks to adapt the content for specific audience segments. - Demonstrate consistency and clarity in showcasing Splash M's brand voice across every touch point. Conduct rigorous quality checks on every piece of outbound content. - Develop and implement new strategies to create conversations with our audience on online channels - Establish internal processes for all kinds of marketing content management
