We are looking for a well presented and hard working Office Admin and Data Entry Clerk to join team. As the ideal candidate will be computer literate and will enjoy working as part of a team and understand the importance of building and maintaining professional relationships with our staff. Duties and Responsibilities: • Validate, transfer and enter data from paper formats into computer files • Reviewing data for errors, correcting and checking output • General admin, emails, filing, distributing information • Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation • Verify data by comparing it to source documents • Maintain records ensuing files are updated • Performing other duties as required Skills and Experience: • A good working knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, Power Point • Very effective organizational and time management skills • Exceptional attention to detail and level of accuracy • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills • 1+ years previous experience • High school diploma If you are interested, please send your resume at: firstname.lastname@example.org and cover letter.
