We are looking currently for a hard working and highly motivated Office Assistant and Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate must be able to work full-time in a dynamic and team oriented environment, You will have a great opportunity to kick start your career. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES : • Well-developed computer skills and an ability to perform data entry with speed and accuracy • An excellent team player with self-motivation and the ability to work independently • High level of organizational and administrative skills with an attention to detail • Confidence in making sound decisions in a fast-paced environment • Problem solving abilities to offer appropriate solutions • Arranges meetings; takes meeting minutes • Other ad hoc general admin duties SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS : • High school diploma or general educational • Self-starter who is highly motivated team player • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proven commitment to accuracy and attention to detail • Minimum 1 year data entry or administration experience • Ability to prioritize tasks and grasp new concepts quickly • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office especially working with spreadsheets If this sounds like you, please send your CV to: inquiry@privyonline.com and a cover letter.
