You will provide customers with the highest quality customer service while resolving problems and enquiries in an effective and timely way. They’re at the very heart of our business, which is where you’ll be, looking after them through thick and thin. Requirements must have: - Post secondary education - Highly organised and attention to detail - Well presented and professional appearance - Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team - Excellent communication and time management skills - Experience working with Excel and Power Point required - Previous related experience is preferred, but not required Job Specification: - Maintain customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies - Problem solving creativity and able to anticipate and solve problems independently - Answering all incoming phone calls and inquiries, greeting customers and visitors - Processing invoices, credit notes, and other accounting documents - Attend meetings and dictations, taking minutes - Perform other duties as may be assigned - Interact with patients and customers Important: - Fluent in English - At least 18 years old - Eligible to work in the Canada If you're interested in this role, please send your CV and cover letter.
