Responsible for handling Operations and Guest Relations. Confident and professional personality. A real passion for delivering consistent and outstanding customer service. Interpersonal ability, telephone and customer service skills. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to take business development initiatives. Willingness to learn and commitment to personal development. Basic Computer Skills Word, Excel. Demonstrable ability to handle and resolve difficult situations if any arise.
