Develop product messaging that differentiates new features, partnerships, and services from others in the market, working with the Sales team to ensure messaging aligns with the full TFY value proposition.
• Assist sales on calls when appropriate to provide deeper dives into the product, which may include demos and webinars.
• Promote the product both internally and externally, especially new features and partnerships.
• Maintain and manage competitive intelligence and comparisons by working with cross-functional stakeholders and executing self-lead research.
• Create product SEO -optimized content such as case studies, videos, website copy and blog posts for updates to internal teams as well as for inclusion in client facing materials.
• Develop and implement promotional activities such as promotions and product launches.
• Use market research data to determine product pricing, product market positioning, etc.
• Gain insight into customer use of current products, untapped opportunities, and user personas.
• Measure and optimize the user journey as it relates to product feature adoption and usage.
